Assessment application form
Candidates must apply to sit their assessment. They must also select a number of potential locations that they are happy to travel to in order to sit their assessment, as there are several assessment centres across the UK and Ireland. This form needs to be submitted to the RICS well in advance of your actual desired assessment date. Please note that assessment sittings occur twice a year. There are also specific dates for each Pathway too.

Case Study
The critical analysis is a written report (maximum 3,000 words) that analyses a single project that you have worked on. This project should be something that you have had significant involvement in through your training period. Details of what the report should contain can be found on the Critical Analysis page. You will be able to enter your report in the Critical Analysis page.
